I admit, this nighttime snacking thing has me beat. I can't kick it - or at least, I don't have it in me to resist every night. So I've decided I might as well build the snacking into my planning. I'll carve out a calorie allotment and try to snack half-way responsibly. I'm not sure what I did tonight was in any way responsible, but the hub returns from his travels soon and maybe the return of routine will help as well.
