Stuck in reverse

I have gained 4 lbs in the last month. After months of losing, and a month of maintenance, I have been moving backwards. So ... not panicking *yet*, but it's clear this ramping up to full carbs is not going well.
What I think I have learned:
- more than 1 serving of fruit a day seems to stimulate my appetite
- more than 1 serving of grain a day also seems to make me hungrier
- 1200-1400 calories is my maintenance level. Anything more and the weight starts piling on.
So I am backing off to 1 serving each of fruit and grain each day, and sticking with my copious amounts of veggies and generous protein. I'm sticking with the almond milk because I don't think that's contributing to my issues, but I'm adding my calcium supplements since I am staying away from dairy until I have this under control.
