Total loss in 1 year 35kg (77lkbs)

    Congratulations!!!! You look marvelous too! :D My one year Sparkaversary is July 21st. I am quite stoked! Great job on 35 kg.

    I think it is great that you weigh and track everything! I do also. I started a Summer 5% Challenge this past Saturday and I'm down nearly 2 pounds already. I have had to revamp my workouts and menus. I got a bit out of sync and wasn't charting everything and I was snacking at night nor was I getting in my intense workouts. I am now back on track! :D

    Wishing you well on your continued success. I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Keep up the running. Running does make one want to eat more. If possible, drink a big glass of cold water when you want a snack late in the evening or even a flavored water. Sometimes the urge to snack will disappear! :D Everything in moderation is right! Great job on the low cal meal too! :D You CAN do it! :D

    This journey is not easy, but maintenance to me, is a bit harder! I am happy you are continuing to run, It will help in this journey!
