I shared my goal for the next 60 weeks. My friend challenged me to enjoy turning 59 first and asked what was my immediate goal. So perhaps, I would like that goal to be losing 6 - 8 pounds by birthday. I think that is a modest goal. Today was a little more challenging on keeping within calorie goal. I love to eat out and I thought my lunch choice would be ok. Now I am hungry and scrounging around for something 100 - 330 calories. Oh well.
