Weight Lost

Hi,

So I lost 4 pounds last month. I was 250 and now I am 246. My goal was to lose 5 pounds per month this year. That would be 30 pounds and so far I have lost 36. There was some months I lost more than 5 pounds and others I lost less than 5. I am coming off a medication that is making my food cravings off the charts, so that should help. I am still exercising on average of 4 times a week. The year is now half over and I hope to get al least another 30 off by the end of the year.

    You are making progress and that is awesome! I set the same goal as you, 5 pounds per month. I haven't seen that every month either! You are not alone. Just keep focused on your goal and doing those right things. You will get there!
