That day was a turning point in my life and it started with one little statement, It takes 30 days to make a habit. I started using the tread climber 20 minutes a day, or used my recumbent bike and worked up from there. Now I'm addicted to working out, something I used to dread. Thankful to spark people for all the useful information and to my Family that workout with me making it much more fun.
