210 day log in streak!!

The longest streak I have ever maintained!! Woo hoo for me!

Not tracking on the spark tracker, but using a little handy booklet. So now I am tracking everyday. My phone doesn't work too great for tracking food. Needless to say I like writing it down. It works. I am in my range most days. I try to stay below 1450 calories. Not counting fat or carbs right now.

So glad tomorrow is Saturday. I don't have to do much. I am going to try to make it to the gym. Been slacking on that. I have been doing pool exercises twice a week.

    I am not totally fond of the Spark Nutrition tracker myself, but it is good for tracking things like sodium and fiber and the breakdown among carbs, proteins, and fats. It is pretty cumbersome when you do a lot of scratch cooking. Guesstimating is one of my useful tools.

    I'm not much into journaling, so writing it down doesn't work for me.

    I do track my exercise on the activity tracker, I find it much easier to use than the nutrition tracker, although I did have to go offsite to find out some values for things Spark doesn't list or use things that are "kinda like" what Spark lists.
