Day 33 Feeling okay this how things are going

Sunday, July 12, 2015

So today I have been looking back over the last few days and I am feeling okay about how I have been doing. I am eating right doing stuff to keep me moving. I have not been on my bike in two but I did move all my stuff around in my room which is two heavy desks and then I dusted and I vacuumed so I figured that would count as a good old fashion work out. Then yesterday we did a lot of walking at the store. I mean a ton of walking i looked at everything I could and we had to go to Wal-Mart to pick up a couple of things too so I got in some killer steps there too. I was wore out by the time we got home. LOL. So today I will be trying to get in a lest one bike workout. I am looking forward to tomorrow I got my roomed redone so I could play on my wii I have a walking game called walk it out and i am thinking about doing that this week to get my steps in. I know today's steps will suck. LOL. I had not put my shoes on yet and I have already been all over the house. LOL. I hate wearing shoes on my days off but I do not like wearing the tracker any where else. Okay so I am off to put on some shoes and then to get in some kind of steps for today and at some point do a work out. I do my workout when the moods hit me. Most of the time I like doing them during my favorite TV shows that way I can paddle and forget about what I am doing but when family is on game it is kind of different I don't always like the game they are playing and then it feels like my workout is taking forever. LOL. But I am learning to like it more so that is all that matters to me. hugs and love to you all.
