Day 35 I am so pleases with myself

So yesterday goal was to do two workout on my bike and I got that done. Gold start for me. !!!!

Now with that said I am a little confused maybe someone out there who reads this who has one of the Spark Activity trackers can help me out. I was riding my stationary bike yesterday day and the first time it tracker it as a cycle and I burned a ton of calories the second time I will admit I was not going as fast as I did the first time around but I also was not going like a snail either there. and it read it as a walk-cycle. and I did not burn hardly any calories at all. Now here is where I am confused at. I have been tracking my bike rides and it says you burn oh like 200 calories for 15 minutes. ( I don't remember right off I just picked a number. ) okay well the tracker said it was like 179 calories for 16 minutes. Oh and yesterday was the first time it even tracked my bike work outs. it has never done it before. It gets my steps in but I never said I was on my bike for 15 minutes like my clock would say i was. I also started using a stop watch on Saturday but the tracker still did not pick it up until yesterday day that I did any kind of workouts. I am confused by that. So do I stop tracking my own workouts and just go by the tracker or should I keep tracking my own workouts. I know I am be over thinking this but I have lost my workout streak because of this tracker thing. I am broken heart over that. So I want to get that going again. I want it to show I am working out. I like my little goodies I get for doing things that are good for you. LOL. I guess you could call me a goodies addict. LOL. Anyway, that is just something I wanted to throw out there to see what others think.

I also would like to think all of you who do read these and leave me messages. I read them all and they mean so much to me. Thank yo from the bottom of my heart.

So for today's mini goals it is to do my work out on my bike two times and to eat some yummy healthy food. Which I can do the last one easy. LOL. I am going to really try hard to do three workouts today but I will handle just two. LOL. Well, I am off to do one of my workouts and then I am not sure what I am going to do. hugs and love to you all.

    The SPAT is a tool and not fool proof. Sooooo . . . . don't get too tied to the stats and numbers. Just DO IT . . . . DO the walking, running . . . . whatever. That's the most important thing.

    Wish I could give you more advice on the SPAT, but I don't have one.

    I think your tracker is giving you a false number of calories you burn.
