Day 38 Just did my spark coach and feel motivated

So today I did my Spark Coach and I am feeling motivated. It was talking about self talk and being positive with it. I have been doing this since day one. I have been trying really hard to write down positive words and put when up everywhere so i can see them. Plus I tell myself daily that I am rocking this. So days are easier then other to believe that I am rocking it. LOL. But one thing it said in the little video i had to watch that hit home is * Are you getting in the way of your own success? And I had to answer yes on this. Because I have let the last couple of days get to me. But that is okay today is a new day and I will just do better then I have been. I need to stop long the unhealthy self talk when I do have a slip up, mostly what I need to do is stop over thinking every little thing. This morning I took time out and I looked at my face as I was combing my hair and I can see how much thinner it is. SO that means I am losing, I was looking at how my cloths fit me this morning and they are fitting better so I must be doing something right. And I only gain a couple of oz's this week. So i am going to give myself some time to really think on all that I saw in me this morning. My spark coach also said to write myself a letter of encouragement as if I was talking to a friend. So I am going to do that when I get home this evening. That way i can think about it all day long and give myself some time to really think on what it is I want to say to myself. I am so happy to be going back to work. This will help me not to over think about how I am doing to much. LOL. I will only have to worry about how many steps I get in now. Which I am loving, I am loving to watch my steps go up and up. I may not have gotten in a lot of steps while I was off but I got in some steps and that is a good thing. LOL. It means I was not a total potato this week. Which that is a good thing. So my mini goals for this week are to:
1. Write myself an encouragement letter.
2. Not worry so much about the little things just do what I know.
3. Talk to myself daily about only positive things
4. just have fun doing it all.

Small goals I know I can reach. Well, I have to finish getting ready for work. I have my tracker on I have had my healthy breakfast I just need to make my lunch and I will be ready. Oh and get my water for the day too. Can not forget my water. Hugs to you all.
