21 Day Fix- will it fix my health rut?

Well I've been up and down this weight loss merry go round and have been stuck here on the high end for what feels like years (might actually be years....) It seems like little health issues cause me to lose motivation and fall back on unhealthy habits. What' seems to work lately is starvation or getting tons of exercise- neither of which is an option.

I have so much information in my head- low carb, whole foods, south beach, calorie counting, hiit workouts weight lifting, low reps high weights, circuit training, piyo, , etc etc etc. It's overwhelming!!

A friend offered to lend me her 21 day fix dvd's. I have them until the end of August.

She hasn't used it yet so I don't know what kind of results to expect. This might be what I need to jump start my mojo!! These are my modifications: No color coded containers. I'll use the dvd's but eat clean and stick to the lower end of my calorie range. Might use the gym in addition to the dvd's, we'll see how the energy levels hold up.

I'll post a summary blog of each week as it ends. Also, I'll take pics and weigh and measure myself (I'll share those at the end)- ok, so let's see what I can do with the 21 day fix- emoticon

I'm not giving up, it's not an option
