Four weeks and going strong.

Yep. Once again I am restarting. I should know better by now that I do so much better when I hold myself accountable by logging on to SP. But I keep losing interest in tracking after a week or two. This time I'm at 4 weeks of faithfully logging on, and this is my second week of actually tracking almost everything. I swear my computer and scale are in cahoots. When I don't keep up on here my scale laughs and adds a few pounds every couple of weeks. But when I log in my computer beats the scale into submission and makes it slowly lower the numbers.
This time around I've joined the Summer 5% Challenge, on advice of one of my close SP friends. This is making a huge impact for me. I don't want to let my team members down, so I'm finding ways to get my exercise in every day and trying my best to complete all the other challenges they set up. Go Cloverleafs!!!
For the past 2 days I've been consciously choosing what to eat, and how much. Hoping to see another dip on the scale this weekend. Since the start of July I've already lost 4 lbs. Seems like such a small number, but if I continue at this rate I will be 52 lbs lighter by next July. That's huge!
