Day 43 I have to Move it Move it! To lose it Lose it!!!

So i just did my Spark Couch and she was talking about how activity is important to weight lose. And to check and see how much time you spend on your butt during the day. Well I can answer that one without looking it up. If I am not at work I do not do a lot of walking at all. I do my workouts and I go up and down the stairs to make my meals and that is it. I am lazy when I am at home. So I have to change that. I have to move it move it! More at the house so I am not sitting on my fanny the whole time. So what am I going to do? She should stuff like standing burns more calories then sitting. So I will stand up while folding the clothes today. I will do a squat every time I go to sit down or stand up. I am just going to try and move more then I normally do at the house. I know I can get my weight down if I put my mind and body in motion.

So yesterday I was worried over my boys. So I mom who does not worry about their kids. I kind of went over my calories yesterday I could have been right back on track if I would have just got up off my butt and did my bike for 15 minutes but I did not do it. I was wore out from standing at work for four hours unpacking shoes I only wanted to sit and relax. I Know better I should have pushed though and done my workout. I am disappointed in myself. I have not done a work out in a while because of my leg I need to get back into this. So I am not excepting a good weigh in this week at all. And I have no one to blame but myself. But you know what today is a new day. I am back on track. I can do this. I can lose weigh I can make this happen I just have to stay focused and start moving more.

Well, that is about it for me today. I am off to get my butt up and moving doing something i do not care what at this point hugs and love to you all.
