Day 222 of logging in....

Wednesday, July 22, 2015

I was in a car accident last Thursday. Unfortunately I totaled my car. Really an inconvience more than anything else. I walked away with bruises, but no broken bones. My passenger was okay. I went and got checked out. I was given 2 prescriptions. One for a pain killer and one for nausea, if I needed it. I did!!

I won't get my settlement until around my birthday which is August 11th. Hopefully my new title will be here by then. I have to wait until August 5th to apply for it as the last one I didn't get until July 5th. You have to wait 30 days between titles. My dad's name is on as a lien holder even though he has passed away. It is my car or was until I wrecked it. But the insurance company won't put just my name on it until he is off.

Needless to say I haven't been eating the best. I have been eating at night and over my range of 1300 to 1450 per day. Mostly out of habit and stress.

I am going to the pool exercise class tomorrow. Looking forward to that. If I can handle the heat I will get in the hot tub. Still pretty sore, but much better than last week.

Hope you all have a great weekend!

I'm just now catching up after being gone for a while.

I'm relieved to find out that you are okay even though your car was totaled. Car wrecks are so scary.

Congratulations on continuing your log in streak. I find streaks are motivating. I need to start a streak for getting my food logged...

I hope you are feeling better now.

    glad you were okay.

have you tried taking a warm bath (or hot, if you can stand it) at home with epsom salts? That really helps me when I overdo it on my workouts.

Oh no! I"m glad that all you got were bruises. I hope that you get all better soon and get the car situation all worked out. Good job going to the pool exercise class!
