Things I Don't Miss

I don't miss overindulging in food (overeating or eating too much crap) to the point where I feel sick and nauseous half the night.

I don't miss taking Tums or Pepto when I used to overindulge in food.

I don't miss needing sugar and carbs and soda to give me the energy to get me through the day.

I don't miss feeling tired and sluggish most of the time.

I don't miss my size 16s and 18s.

I don't miss the shame and disgust I used to feel when I looked in the mirror.

    let me add to your list ....I don't miss guilty emotions, defeatism, and the constant worry I'll never get the weight off, and worst of all... not really caring anymore one way or the other

    The last one I felt hung me out to dry most of all because that's when I'd start packing on the pounds
