What to do?

I do a lot of thinking...and that is helpful, but doesn't really get to the doing all the time.
I don't know if it's because I don't get around to picking a goal, then working on it, or if it's because none of the things I think about really gel, but I do want to continue to make progress.
I listen to many health and fitness podcasts (as well as a lot of science and skeptical podcasts) and many of those have great information about goal setting and how to create a better self.
So I think. And I have done a lot. But right now I'm feeling a bit adrift. I don't have a specific goal in mind, just a lot of ideas I'd like to eventually get to. I wonder if I just list them out, one or two will really stand out, and I can start there.
So maybe step one is to make that list?
