What to do?

I do a lot of thinking...and that is helpful, but doesn't really get to the doing all the time.

I don't know if it's because I don't get around to picking a goal, then working on it, or if it's because none of the things I think about really gel, but I do want to continue to make progress.

I listen to many health and fitness podcasts (as well as a lot of science and skeptical podcasts) and many of those have great information about goal setting and how to create a better self.

So I think. And I have done a lot. But right now I'm feeling a bit adrift. I don't have a specific goal in mind, just a lot of ideas I'd like to eventually get to. I wonder if I just list them out, one or two will really stand out, and I can start there.

So maybe step one is to make that list? emoticon

    Make one goal and achieve it! Then make another, then another and soon sucess will be on the horizon

    You can always just start with one thing at a time and then go from there. Make one change and then add another. Eventually it all adds up. Sometimes to me a long list can be overwhelming and none will get done just make a short one and pick a priori
