July Report: Gained

Hi,

So I gained 4 pounds in July and now weigh 250 again. I am back on track and having a good week. Not perfect but a lot better. I am not going to give up. I have kept exercising 3 to 5 times a week. My issues have been extra portions and of course sugar and snacking. So I am pushing on in spite of the weight gain.
