Deadline stress

I have some hard work deadlines coming up next week, and can feel the anxiety building up already. It's tempting to try to calm the stress with snacking, and I find myself consciously talking myself out of it a couple of times every evening. I'm still on track tonight, but it feels like hard work!

    It IS hard work, sometimes I feel like living a healthy lifestyle is so time consuming, and you always have to be vigilant! I'm hoping it will just be second nature at some point in my life.

    Stress eating... ugh... so been there! Great job keeping on track! When I'm feeling snacky I've been only allowing myself carrots to "snack" between meals- I'm noticing that I don't really want a snack that often anymore! emoticon
