day 13 of 30!

Struggled to wake up today, but pushed through and worked out! ate a good breakfast and lunch is already meal prepped so its super healthy! Noticing alot of changes in my body which im excited about! ready to kick these next 17 days in the ass, and see what kind of progress ive made! im hoping to hit 15 pounds and right now im at 6lbs lost so far, so 9 in 17 days is gonna be tuff but i think i can do it! Been alot less stressed this month and i praise jesus for that one, its made me not want to binge eat, and its made me feel alot happier. Im a happy person but it seems for the last few years ive just been depressed and thats why i put on so much weight so it feels great to smile again and i cant wait to get this extra baggage off my body so that i can feel free and happy all the time!
