Mondays really aren't that bad to me. I start my work week on Sunday, so I've already had the chance to ease into the week.
As far as the weight loss journey goes, it is still difficult breaking the 330 barrier. I have been flirting with it for three weeks. Every time I have tried to shed pounds, this is the barrier I can not seem to get past. But this time I will keep trying. My body is getting sore from trying . . but I will get past this barrier!!
