Day 5 :: 57 Days to Wedding

Okay... wtf. I don't feel like I've been eating *that* differently, nor have I been drinking a lot more water than usual. Sure, I've been better about both, but... sheesh. I started this little project off at 141.2 lbs, and today I weighed in at 128.6.


That was like, five days ago. I don't *look* any different - is this all water weight somehow? Can cutting out soda and sugary carbs and stuff make that much of a difference that fast?

This has taught me one thing: The scale says I've lost over 10 lbs, and I don't look any different... Which means I am going to *have* to work out. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. If I want my body to change, I'm going to have to replace squish with muscle.
