I'm still here. I haven't been getting to the gym regularly, but I'm here. I'm actually about to finish meal planning once I get offline.
For me, meal planning is easy -- but carrying through on that plan is often a challenge. It's so easy for me to lose track of time, or to decided to punt and go somewhere to eat. I need to find some prep strategies to make my need to do those things less likely to occur.
