Finally! The weather is Cooler. I am getting ready to go for a walk with my baby. I am also committing to doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I am going to log all food and calories and stay within my ranges. I weigh in next on Wednesday morning and hope there is some progress! I want to feel good about myself again.....having our precious baby girl has taken a toll on my body and I want to fit in my jeans and other clothes as well as looking better for our Florida trip in October. We will be on the beach or in the pool for a week and I am dreading it! So, here's to a great day of health!!!!!
