Well I struggled to wake up this morning but I finally did and did my workout as usual. I could feel myself pushing harder during the workout but I was also lacking energy so it was a weird feeling. Also decided to eat more calories today because I've been having alil bit of dizziness go on when I stand quickly or move my hear funny. I've also decided to start running at work once it cools down alil more! Scale hasn't really budged but I think it's because my body is still adjusting, if that's not the case it dosnt matter I'm just gonna start pushing myself harder so that I can reach my goals!
