Hawtest

I missed my Friday check in.
Because my daughter and her family finished moving in this weekend.
And my life is sort of a mess.

But here I am, and here is what I have to say about last week....
It was pretty good! I walked or worked out 4 weekdays.
I made fairly good food choices...
and I lost some pounds,
3 I think,
and I made my 5% goal already, and there is a week left on that challenge!
I did not walk today...
because it was Monday,
and I had some issues, like a random dog dragging trash all over my front yard this morning, and then the plumber came
and now its almost the end of the day and I have to run some errands.
So today just wasn't the day, but tomorrow will be!
So as far as the hotter by the month challenge...
I lost my lb a week so far, but I have not walked/worked out every weekday, but most!

I will be doing another 5% challenge in the fall!

I'm going to do this thing and be the by gum hawtest granny on the block. emoticon
