Finally a little progress!!

Been up and down the past few weeks between my starting max and my last progress update, but finally today I am back down 1 lb below that point once again. I've been busy, ate out 3 times due to friends and relatives visiting from away, but I managed to steer my eating in a reasonable direction and luckily the visiting included taking my friends out to some sightseeing and doing a fair amount of walking. So everything seems to have balanced out. Now just to keep up the momentum long enough to make it into a habit.
My mother was over for the weekend, so I've been getting up earlier than I usually do and getting to bed earlier to. that is shockingly hard to keep up, but I have to be in town really early on Wednesday so I just have to remember that, cause if I ruin my stretch by sleeping in tomorrow it will be super hard to get up early on WEdnesday when I have to. I know I can make it work. Gotta remember to pack myself a lunch for Wednesday to.
Gotta keep on keeping on.
