Well yesterday I kicked butt at exercising which kicked my butt lol every muscle is sore today from doing nike+ and cardio max plus 25 mins on a stationary bike. Today I till probably only have time for 2 out of the 3. I will be tracking my calories burned producing breast milk along with my exercises so I can see what I am doing. Since you burn 20 calories per 1 ounce of breast milk made then I have estimated I do between 500 and 700 a day which will help along this road of weight loss.
