My Normal Week

I am a night shift work and work in home care. After work I hit Curves and get a 30 minute work-out in, My main meal is during the night along with a couple of snacks. I eat a fairly healthy meal about mid morning. I get at least 7 hours of sleep every day. Lately I have had just 1 day off of work. On the weekends I get some walking in.
I know for my snacks, I can pick healthier foods. I am working on that.
I am becoming a grandmother in December. I want to look and feel good for our trip to Idaho to meet the baby.
