Thunderstorm woke me up!

I woke up. Not really sure if it was the thunderstorm or needing to use the bathroom. Anyway, I hate thunderstorms. I grew up in Wisconsin and we had bad thunderstorms and tornadoes. I was very afraid of them and still am. I know. Feel like a little kid when we have the lightening and thunder. The rain is okay. It doesn't rain much here, but without it being a thunderstorm I don't mind rain.

Had a good day despite getting up at 3:11 am. It is really smokey from all the fives in 5 western states. I left my window open while I went to visit a friend. My apt. stinks like wildfire!! It is giving me a headache. I tried the air conditioning, but it seems to be coming in there too. I have closed the windows and put on some fans.

I hope everyone had a good day. I am hoping for 8 hours of sleep tonight!! 9 would be better...I can hope. Right??
