I am finally furloughed. (I work seasonally. I'm happy about this.) I now have about 4 months of a free(er) schedule. I can get caught up on projects, restock the house in preparation for next season, work in my garden, rest and, most importantly, focus a little more on me.
So for a little while at least I can hit it hard. I have plenty of time. I'm hoping to spend this season making some progress that I can hold onto next work season and getting comfortable with what works for me. If I don't have to "play around" with things while I'm working, if I have something that I know works and I enjoy, then I'll be able to sustain or even make progress when it's mad commute and long workdays time again.
