Week 1 almost done

Even though I have been hovering around SP for years, I didn't really commit until last Tuesday. Usually, I fall off track after a day or two for a variety of reasons.
So by the end of the day today, I will the stuck to my plan for an entire week. The weekend didn't derail me. Starting the work week didn't derail me.
I was 195 last Monday. Today 190! So far, I am happier and feel more energetic. I am not starving. In fact, when I eat right, I actually get hungry less often. Let's see what week 2 brings.
