Motivation Is In The Air!

Thursday, August 27, 2015

I truly have not been a Blogger, but this is a part of one of the challenges I'm doing, and I actually want to do this blog, and hopefully it will be a new good habit for me. This is all about healthy habits. I've been looking for something that would stir the motivation in me.
My motivation has stuck with me in my exercise over the last few years. It is something I want to do every single day. I rarely ever have a day where I don't get in 30 minutes of exercise. I want to increase that now. My eating too many snacks was a downfall far too long. Now I am on the right road again.
In late 2012, I started straying off the path as I had my focus on a so-called health issue, which was ADD/ADHD. It became more of a disaster in my life. I did not benefit from tackling this health issue, with professional people. Medicines ended up being a disaster for me. The important thing is I tried , and after giving it my best shot ever, it was not for me. I'm working on things on my own now.
I had reached my goal weight in late fall of 2012, but when I began working on the issue of ADD, I began to go back to eating anything I wanted to and got very lax in my exercise.
I finally got involved in some challenges on Spark People, and I really feel committed now. I'm excited about this new road I'm on.
My eating habits are healthy, and my exercise agenda is getting even better.
I love Spark People. It has truly blessed my life. I will reach my goal, possibly before the end of the year.
I'm committed to my plan, and I'm sticking with it. emoticon

P.S. When I got serious with Spark People was in February of 2012. My first Team I got involved with was "I Can't Do This On My Own". I had the most wonderful, sweet and kind Team Leader from that team reach out to help me learn how to use the nutrition tracker and activity tracker, and a number of other things on Spark People that got me so highly motivated. I doubt if it had not been for this dear Leader named GLITTERGIRL, I would not have reached my goals. It has stayed with me, what she taught me . I will always be grateful to this very caring Team Leader GLITTERGIRL69. emoticon

I thank God for our close friendship. He has blessed me through you in many ways. The thing which you said to me is an example of the love which pours out to you through Him.

I am a warrior, and know that God is carrying me through this all. I thank God even though I am suffering so much, and have been through too m8ch pain and suffering. I just have to remember that god is n the center of my life, and it is Him who always gets me through this and so much more.
