My weigh in days

I have decided that I am going to make my weigh in days on Mondays. So far I have lost two pounds. I am excited about this! I hope to continue to getting this weight off of me. I feel like I will be a lot happier in life if I do. My main thing is to try not to get too stressed out with everything going on in my daily life because I know that it can interfere with weight loss.
I ate salad for dinner this evening with green tea to drink. I have just recently started trying to incorporate green tea into my day since I have heard so many things about it helping with weight loss. I am getting used to the taste of it. It isn't all that different from the regular sweet tea that I was drinking. I do admit that I add a little sugar to the green tea to make it more appealing to myself but I am being careful not to over do it.
