Wow! That is all I can say. I lost another 2.5 pounds in 4 weeks. Doing better and hope to lose more over the next 6 weeks before I see the doctor again. Getting my protein and more steps 5 out of 7 days a week. I tend to get less on Saturday and Sunday. Usually only PT exercises those days.
Great PT session today. She showed me a corrective move if my SI joint is out. It is easy and I can do it by myself. Woo Hoo!!
Hot here today. Smoke not bad at all. Looking forward to the weekend with temps in the upper 60's. My apartment still gets hot and no matter the temps lately I have had to have the air conditioning on in the evening.
