7 Days to DietBet End - Daily Blog Countdown. Day #7.

So I joined a diet bet on DietBet.com. So much fun and so motivational. I won my first DB, but I feel like that was easy. I weighed in when I was feeling bloated and icky and just really heavy. I had been eating bad and a lot of the weight was probably water weight.
Then I joined my 2nd Diet Bet and here I am. Weigh-out is on September 20th and I have not lost an ounce. In fact, I am up a couple of pounds putting me 6.2# above goal with 6 days left to lose it. :) Despite the fact that losing over 6# in 6 days is highly unlikely when following a legitimate meal plan, I am going to give it a shot. My goals are to blog every day for the next week, which will help me rationalize my doings day to day and make plans for upcoming days. I will track every bite of food and beverage I put into my body and try to track my exercise as well.
My hope is that a lot of this is still "easy-to-lose" weight. Weight that can drop off when I eliminate the chocolate/peanuts/raisins from my daily intake...or stop taking that little bit extra at dinner. Perhaps I can do this, and win!! Perhaps I cannot lose the 6# in 6 days, but I will be less than I am now when I weigh in for my next DietBet.
So Goals as of today:
Consume right around 1200 calories.
Consume 96oz H2O
No Added Sugar/Sweets/Desserts
Abs/Arms Challenge - Do Days 17-23 (every hour from 4p-10p - catch up)
Elliptical @ Lunch for 30 Minutes
Treadmill @ 7p for 60 minutes
Go to bed by 9:30p to get at least 8 Hrs of Sleep.
Reminding myself that this is only 6 days of being super strict and that I can do this. I cannot wait to see the 120's again!! I cannot wait to MAINTAIN in the 120's again! :)
