All these things are within reach as I am getting ready to join the team for the Challenge.

1. take pressure off my knees to prevent further damage
2. prevent high cholesterol
3. help my heart stay healthy
4. prevent diabetes
5. set a good example for my husband
6. regain flexibility
7. have more energy
8. get the dogs out walking more
9. try things I have not tried before (activities/foods etc.)
10. find clothes that fit
