A new tactic

I'm trying a new tactic to deal with my late night munchies. We have dinner around 6 pm, and I often go to bed around 2 or 3 am, so wanting a night-time snack can get tricky for me. On good nights, I manage with some fruit. On bad nights, I will nibble on goldfish crackers until the bag is empty.
So I've decided to try something else: have something I *really* like, that is still relatively healthy, available. So I have some lox in the fridge, and tonight I savored an ounce of it for my night-time snack - yum. Everything in my body is happy right now. I love seafood, and an ounce of lox goes a long way.
