Hi Karla.. I understand your plight. I had been struggling during the summer 5% challenge so I decided to take off the interim challenge. Wrong move. I've now gained 10 pounds back, and boy do I feel it. But I also am having some self doubt, I think that is what it is, or maybe just lazies setting in (old habits). I need to get myself motivated again. I have been preparing for the Fall 5% Challenge. I have a list with boxes to check as I complete the list daily, such as when I'll get up, check my menus for the day, exercising etc. etc. We need to look at our previous progress and not worry so much about end results because isn't the middle where the good stuff is? (metaphorically speaking of course). The best part of our journey is working for something WE want. Taking it day by day, step by step is THE way to go. Remember bad habits and how hard they are to break, well, making new habits shouldn't be hard to Make, right? So start small and work up from there. That's what I am planning to do for the Fall 5% challenge. If I don't try, I cannot complain!

I feel ya... food and alcohol are definitely tempting. I've had those struggles too. I always eat so much after drinking, even if it's just 1 beer. Just know you're not alone. Keep it up girl. We're all here for each other.
