NSV for the week

Sunday - even though I wasn't truly feeling up to it, I ran 8 km with the 10 km clinic and then another 10 km with the HM clinic. Oh, and I finally did the 8th Avenue stairs! (between runs)
Monday - made a point to start a water streak (Friday update, still going strong)
Tuesday - for once, I made the smart decision to NOT work out when I was feeling icky.
Wednesday - took another night off to deal with this head cold. Drank my water and got sufficient sleep.
Thursday - Ran three hils after taking the week off. Lisened to my boday and ended up finishing strong and happy.
Friday - did not overeat. Just a little over calories but not nearly as excessive as I have been. TRACKED ALL MY FOOD FOR THE DAY!!!
Saturday - TBD - got it!! At 915 this morning, Miss Roo woke me up with, "are we going to the gym Momma?". She had her first yoga class today. She wants to go back.
