My clothes are fitting better but my weight loss is only ounces. I need to ref up my weight training.

    Congrats! Always challenge yourself. Do one thing everyday that scares you. Test your limits. You burn more calories lifting weights than cardio. More muscles means extra calories afterburn during rest. 💪👍
