My Goals for the FALL BINGO Challenge

I have been suffering with over eating late at night again.
I want to break this routine that I have fallen back into, and drop at least 10 pounds of the nearly 20 pounds I've gained back since 2010.
With God ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!
I also plan on tracking all my intake, eating healthy, getting 7-9 hrs of sleep, as well as exercising at least 6 out of 7 days to accomplish this.
