7 Days to DietBet End - Weigh-Out Time!

So here we are. Today and tomorrow are the weigh out days. I have not blogged the past couple of days as it was the weekend and am HORRIBLE at getting on here over the weekend! This weekend was sadly a time of splurging!! I guess I cannot say I was the worst because I at least maintained from yesterday's weight, BUT I am STILL 1.2# above goal weight! :/ End of weigh-out is officially 42 hours from now so I still have some time. Tomorrow morning is my goal, so here we go....today will be STRICT!

Let's jump right to goals:

Nutrition:
Stay AT 1200 calories today! NO MORE!
NO SWEETS (except the single Kilwins nonpareil chocolate I ate this morning)!!
96 oz Water MINIMUM, more if able!

Fitness:
30 Minutes Elliptical @ Lunch
60+ Minutes Treadmill @ 7p
Abs/Arms Challenge: 3 Days Worth

Other:
To bed by 9:30p to get at least 8 hours of sleep tonight. MUST SLEEP!!



Okay...here we go. This is it. When I signed up for this challenge I was really unsure if I could physically do it!! I really almost thought it was impossible! Now that I am SO close and I know I could have met goal IF I had been more strict, it makes me realize I CAN do this!! I will!!

I have already signed up for my 3rd DietBet to lose another 4% of my body weight! Cheers to weight loss and improved health!
