the lazy bug

I have let myself give into the dreaded lazy bug. I havnt worked out in weeks and my eating has been horrible... Why do i always do this??? Im gonna get back on track with my eating today, i did alright for breakfast and im gonna grocery shop tonight and do some meal prepping and get my diet back on track. The working out part is gonna be tough, im gonna try going to sleep earlier and honestly forcing myself out of bed. im gonna hate it all of this week and probably next but i gotta do it. Im also gonna start up my running again this week, i doubt ill do very good with it and working out but im gonna try and maybe by next week i wont be so sore so itll all be easier. Ive gotta find some kind of motivation to keep around me, either a new challenge, or a picture of me either skinny or fat (not sure which one is more motivation), or maybe even a quote idk.... i just gotta find something, guess today is for finding motivation and tomorrow is for getting the ball rolling. Pray for me, or send good vibes my way because i could really use some tacklin fuel and some love to conquer this next week! p.s. i want a body like cheryl
