This is my report for 9/20. I did not do so well. TBH, I had a cookie, a donut AND a mini cinnamon bun.
September 21 - Still not hitting my ranges like I should but much better than Sunday.
September 22 - I have to work on increasing my iron naturally. (I have a supplement that I take when I don't hit my range.) I also have to watch my sodium level.
