Be Proud - Journaling Day 7

I'm feeling proud of myself today so I think you should be proud of YOURSELF too!
I bet there is something you've done recently that you can be proud of!
Be it fitness, nutrition or something beyond the realm of SparkPeople. Take a moment and figure out what's been going good in your life and see if you can take at least some of the credit!
I have been working way more than normal and have STILL managed to do a workout when I get home! And it's extra good, because I am definitely a morning workout sort of person. Got the day off tomorrow, I'm hoping a reward for recent hard work (Plateau Busting Challenge says we must reward ourselves on occasion) can be a late setting of the alarm and then a morning run! Oh! After Wednesday Weigh In of course!
I feel fine, but am not hungry tonight. I think I may be too sleepy. And also since it's weirdly humid here in MN, I got so sweaty doing Invisible Jump Rope and a YouTube HIIT workout that I drank 6 of my 8 glasses of water between 4:00 -8:00. That's a bit excessive for ME! A tiny apple, 3 dates (I heard they are high in potassium) and 1/4 cup of cottage cheese seems to be all I want. Maybe will try to down a V8 too. Sheesh. So it will be another weird day WAY UNDER for calories. I guess that should be my next goal... to get a better handle on that whole scene.
Good news. Today is the last day of the Journaling Challenge! You'll get a break from my daily yammering ;) I'll try to save the blogging for INSIGHTFUL and MOTIVATIONAL writings. (yeah right! who am I kidding!)
