Breaking the cycle

I've decided I need more sleep - being perpetually tired during the week and then catching up on the weekend is not working out so well. So last night I passed out around midnight. That's a very early weeknight for me! Which means I didn't get any work work done for today, but at least I'm half awake this morning!

    Your body is rebelling against your over-achieving mind! As someone who has come to really care about you, I must say thank you to your body for making you pass out and get almost enough sleep yesterday, even if it was against your will. I hope you will soon catch up on your work and will no longer have to put in these late-night work sessions!

    And don't worry about us here on Spark--your health is so much more important than reading or writing blogs. We'll be here when you regain consciousness! Take care!

    Don't underestimate the power of a good night's sleep.
    Good sleep, good food, good exercise - all 3 are vital for well-being and a good recipe to combat the munchies :) It's all connected.
