Sorry I have been MIA!! LOL.

Thursday, September 24, 2015

So I have been mia again but I have been good. I have been doing my tracking and all I just forgot to blog. I have to do it all when Hubby is not home or after he is asleep because for some reason right now he is on a kick that I spend to much time on sparks. I only am on it at night to add my dinner never to go to any of the teams I am on. But I am trying hard to keep him happy so I can do this and not get over whelmed again. I have been trying hard to focus on my health but I know I have to keep him happy to or it will never work because it will be a fight sooner or later.

But on a happy note. I got the best news at work today. This woman we have all been having issues with finely crossed a line and the manger was able to firer her today. Okay well , she tried to firer her she just will not answer her phone so we are not sure when she will be fired but she is not allowed to work if she shows up. We are to tell her that she has to call our boss. So we will see, I am just glad it is over. I had a hard time with her the last time I worked with her. Not going to have to worry about that anymore. I am so happy. So today I got to go in and work an open to close shift and I got in over 9,000 steps. I am so happy.

Okay ladies and gentlemen I have a question. My baby brother is getting married on Saturday and I am not sure what all food is going to be there. I was wondering. Should I just eat a light breakfast and a very light lunch and bank my calories for the wedding meal or what? I am not sure what to do. Any ideas would be so helpful right now. I know I am so happy and proud of my brother. I will have tons of pictures to show everyone. It is a mid evil wedding and everyone can dress up if they like I am dressing up. I will post tons of pictures. Well, I need to jump off of here I am wore out from all the work I did today at work. Love and hugs to you all.

Ask yourself HONESTLY, "am I planning to go over my calories with drink and food at the wedding?" If the answer is yes, I would eat a light meal before the event and try your hardest to eat in moderation. Also drinking adds loads of calories…so be careful and try to drink modestly. Dance the night away, it burns calories! Best wishes!!!!

I'd say yes, go light on the breakfast and lunch and partake of the food @ the wedding IN MODERATION. That's the key.

I hope it is a marvelous wedding!
