A week ago, I reached a 21 day streak, forming a log in streak. I continue to start my day logging in. It sets the tone for the entire day! Now, I am going to track my own goal of logging in every evening as well. Going for 21 days beginning today! Accountability is my biggest hurdle. If no one knows if I exercise, log in, track my food, make healthy food choices, get enough sleep, drink water, I tend to let things slide. Should it be enough that I know I have done these things? I suppose. But life gets so busy sometimes. I need to STOP and realize what I am really doing or not doing. Being accountable on SparkPeople is a step in the right direction. Being aware of my choices and efforts makes a difference for me. What can YOU do today to help yourself be aware?
