Relationship with Food

SparkCoach prompt for today...how is my relationship with food on scale from 1-10. Have to say about a 6. I know what and how to eat healthy yet I let events in my life derail the discipline that goes with that relationship. I have a tendency to snack when I'm bored at work. My food choices are usually pretty decent with the exception of a gas food breakfast habit that developed while I lived in NC and seems to have followed me to KY. Biggest downfall is soda and I'm a carbohydrate junkie. I need to develop a healthy relationship with water and good carbs as well as portion control.
