This morning I weighed in at 137.5. That's DOWN TWO POUNDSfrom last week and completely unexpected. Yay me!!


Last week, I had a few hiccups along the way. The goal was to not eat any chocolate, donuts, cookies or anything else baked at Tim Horton's. I also wanted to coffee intake to one per day.
On Friday, I had my second "intro to menopause" lesson that crashed me into a depression and, somehow, that had me eating dark chocolate. Oh well. I also, had a pumpkin tart on Thursday and mini donuts on Saturday. None of which were from Tim Horton's. emoticon And three midday (2nd) coffees. Baby steps. It was a way better week than the one before.


Workouts already scheduled for this week:

Sunday - run (20 kms done)
Monday - appointment with chiro and a little run (2x10:1's + 5 minutes)
Tuesday - run + yoga
Wednesday - run
Thursday - run + yoga
Friday - OFF - Haircut.
Saturday - yoga

The good: no long lasting shoulder pain. I surpassed my freggies goal.
Roo had her second yoga class.
